Working alongside Josh Cantlon from Scienion, Christoph Krisp from Bruker, and Bernard Delanghe from ThermoFisher, attendees explored cutting-edge single-cell proteomics techniques, including:
Josh Cantlon walks participants through sample preparation with the cellenONE.
Christoph Krisp explains how a computer is linked to a mass spectrometer to transfer raw files prior to data analysis.
Participants learn about different kinds of mass spectrometers used for single cell proteomics, such as the timsTOF Ultra.
The 2025 SCP Workshop equipped participants with both the technical skills and conceptual framework needed to accelerate their own research in this rapidly evolving field. As PTI continues to develop technologies and protocols for single cell proteomics, we will host more workshops and create other learning opportunities for researchers to gain hands-on experience. Our ethos is to be open about our research practices and help the scientific community in kind.
PTI's Sarah Sipe shows a workshop participant an angle blower which is used to clean the front end of a mass spectrometer.
PTI will host the next SCP workshop in 2026. For more information about the recent SCP 2025 conference and future workshops, please visit single-cell.net and view recordings of past presentations on our YouTube channel.
